# Issues with HTML Body Tagging in Glide – User Data Not Populating

I’ve been experiencing problems when trying to tag user details (such as name and email) inside the HTML body of Glide’s Send Email action. Previously, I used `{User.Email}` or `@(User.Email)`, but these seem to be broken or inconsistent after recent updates. Has anyone found a reliable workaround for this?

If there’s official documentation about the correct syntax for tagging users inside Glide’s HTML email body, I’d appreciate the link! Thanks in advance!"

You’re using the inline templates function, is that correct?

Are you using this as part of a normal workflow, or part of a scheduled trigger/webhook trigger?
