Hello dear Glide Friends. I hope that you have an excellent friday. I have an experience with the Glide Templates but I got this result: ## Application error: a client-side exception has occurred (see the browser console for more information). @SantiagoPerez I have seen 2 reports regarding this. Can you escalate this to the team? Have you tried seeing the templates in an incognito browser? Or even a different computer altogether? ---

I found a temporary solution. Open a NEW incognito window, and head on to the website and click on the templates tab WITHOUT signing. Open any template and everything works like normal. If you’d like to copy a template just sign in after clicking on the copy button, don’t sign in from the login button or anywhere else especially initially. ---

This means you need to clear the cache. This error usually means there’s something going on on the user’s part. ---

Have you tried clearing your browser’s cache, there’s a chance you don’t need to use incognito.
