# Issue with API key connecting with Zapier

Hi, I need help!! I am trying to connect my Glide to my Zapier so that it can trigger an event on my app. I went to settings, integrations and then added Zapier… I know an API key is supposed to pop up, but mine has been loading for an hour and no API has popped up.. I need help! please help me fix this, or help me navigate this problem

Try refreshing your tab, sometimes that makes the key show up and you can copy it.

If that doesn’t work, try clearing your browser’s cache.
