# Is SSO possible or even necessary in a Glide App?

Is SSO possible in a Glide App, does Glide already have this? If not, are there alternatives or is it even necessary?

Glide supports SSO with Google (presumably OAuth2.0).
No other SSO methods are supported, and there are no alternatives.
From an end-user perspective, SSO is incredibly convenient, as it avoids having to manage multiple passwords. It’s also good from a developer perspective, as you don’t have to concern yourself with managing users credentials and ensuring that they are kept secure.
