# Is anyone having trouble logging into their portal this morning?

It’s been like this for the better part of 15 minutes.

It’s working now. This actually happens quite a bit. Does anyone happen to know why?

I would try using a VPN next time and switch to another area/country to see if the problem is indeed with your internet provider.
