# iPhone users not prompted to install?

Shouldn’t the iPhone automatically install the Glide app the same as the android?

What I mean, is some people on the iPhone do not get the prompt to “Install”. Why is this?

That can happen if they open the link in a pseudo-browser, such as the Facebook browser.  
You should instruct your IOS users to always open the App for the first time in Safari.

Yep, it was a bug. We fixed it in a recent round of updates.

iOS users should get the installation prompt now.
