# Info to show to public and or members of app

I have watched the instagram video tutorial form Jack Vaughan [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B8ivh42ZqVA](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B8ivh42ZqVA)  
and tried doing as he says about setting the visibility on a component and not having the same result as he did.

example I set the visibility on phone component to when full name (col) is not empty which should show someone who has a profile the phone number and no show it to someone has put an email in and has not done a profile with the full name column being required.

Any suggestions as to what I’m doing wrong? Note: trying to accomplish what jacks video has shown me.

Try that…  
Set filter per signed in user in the details features. Not only in the components.

It seemed like somebody else had a similar problem. I don’t know if their issue was ever resolved. Are you still having issues?
