# Improvements to the Data editor

**We just pushed some new improvements to the Data editor!**

Key points:

- Hide columns to tidy up your tables while you’re working on them
- Easier access to Glide API, Import, Export, and column/row count
- New keyboard shortcuts, right-click menus, and confirmations on delete

The following keyboard shortcuts are now available in the Data Editor:

- `cmd + return` → new row
- `cmd + shift + return` → new column
- `cmd + K` → search
