# Impossibility to duplicate an app

Hello everyone,

I made an app with a pro plan. In order to transfer it, i have made a copy in a free plan ( as it is not possible with a pro app).

Then, to test if it works, i have tried to duplicate it with an other account but I receive the message below.

I tried with the account of a boyfriend and it works.

I dont understand. Any ideas ?

When you receive the error, are you attempting to copy it using a glide account that’s connected to an associated google account? Is it a Gmail account? Did you sign in using Google authentication?
