# Import an App's data into a Pages' project

Back in March I couldn’t ‘import’ a Pages tables/data into a Glide App (had to recreate it).
Four months later I want to ‘export’ the App tables/data into a Pages app and recreate/extend the App’s capabilities into a Portal built with Pages.
I see a “New Page from data” option from the dashboard when selecting my App.
Does it do what I think it does and creates a new Pages project using all the tables set up in my App?
PuhPuhPlease say it does and if not - is their another way to do this…

Yeah, it will create a pages project using the same data (including all computed columns). You’ll still have to design the pages to your liking, but the data will be there.
