# Images Not Rendering Properly Across Glide Application

Hello,

I am experiencing an issue where **images** throughout my Glide application are **not displaying as intended**. Instead of loading correctly, they appear **greyed** out. This behavior is consistent across the entire app.

The **core** functionality of the application (navigation, features, and logic) continues to work correctly, but the lack of proper **image rendering** is affecting the overall usability and presentation.

Has anyone encountered this issue before, and are there recommended steps to resolve it? **Any insights or guidance would be greatly appreciated.**

I will attach screenshots below for reference to illustrate the issue.

Are you on a free plan?

Glide have recently removed cloudinary support for free plans, which means that images are not optimised. The effect of this is they may load more slowly. If that’s the case, the solution is to use smaller images, or upgrade to a paid plan.
