# Images are blurry when displayed in Glide

**Describe the bug:**

- Images which are sharp prior to being loaded to glide appear blurry when viewed in Glide. Specifically, this applies to the grid view with squares that have a 16:9 aspect ratio. The images that are being uploaded are 1600x900 pixels, wo I’m not sure why they aren’t rendering cleanly.

**Expected behavior:**

- Images with a 16:9 aspect ratio should be displayed cleanly

**How to replicate:**

- N/A

It’s looking fine for me. Does it happen with all 16:9 images that you upload or just a specific one?

Hello - Here are a set of the 16:9 pics that we are trying to use. The image is blurry intentionally, but the words appear crisp in the images, but definitely are blurry in the uploaded images. Wondering if maybe there is distortion because the buffer on the sides?
