# IF THEN ELSE - Current date

Hi all,

How to define value of current date?

Example:

IF A is 0, then result is current date.

the answer is exactly your question… lol  
use the math column to get the current time…

You have to get the current time first through Uzo’s method, before using it in an If-Then-Else column.

OK, thank you.

I understand, but the value of current day must be fixed and no longer updated.

So if a record in column A has changed to “0”, then result is current date, and I could see in the table, that it happened for example 3 days ago.

What makes A change?  
You need to record date when A changes using any action
