# I was charged $2,388 after deleting my free team — need urgent help

I was charged **$2,388** even though I only created **one team (“Arwa Alsharif”) on the Free plan** and deleted the app shortly after. I never intended to upgrade, never used a paid feature, and now I can’t request a refund because the refund app says:
> _“Team ‘Arwa Alsharif’ does not have a paid subscription. It is on a Free plan.”_
My **Team ID** is: `Lnyn8LUy31fTiop9Nbih`
I also reached out to support, but they say it may be an auto-renewal after a trial — however, I never completed a purchase or got any warning.
Please help me resolve this and get my refund processed. I am still within the 14-day window, and this charge was a complete mistake. I want my money back
