# I need help with the form button

i created an app the requires the users to summit a form if they want to participate in an event by filling in their details. after they submit the form they should not be able to see the form, and so i added a condition, the condition is below 👇👇👇👇👇

the condition only works for the first person who submits the form but the rest can’t who sign up will still see the button.

And i also wanted to send an email after they submit the form but i don’t know how to do that either, i also need help with this.  
Is there anything i can do to solve this problem am having, i really need help.

I’d do that slightly differently.

Assuming that the table that your form creates rows in includes a column for the users email, then what you can do is build a relation _from_ your User Profiles table _to_ the table that contains the form submissions, matching the email addresses. And then your visibility condition becomes “when that relation is empty”.

For sending emails, you can manage that as an On Submit action, using either the Send Email action (if your plan supports it), or alternatively you could send a webhook to an external service such as Zapier or Make (Integromat) and have that service send the email.
