I lost all existing software and returned to 0

I know this is an obvious question, but are you 100% sure you’ve signed in using the same Google account as you previously did?

If yes, then your best course of action is to raise a support ticket.

That does look like a whole new account though. I would check to be 100% sure.

Probably, but you need to escalate this to Glide Support, using the link I gave you earlier.
We in the forum cannot help with this issue.

Yes, I don’t blame you. I would also be worried. Just make sure you give the support team as much information as possible. I think that’s all you can do for now.

so even Gmail?
I mean your gmail and then you Google drive cant be touched by Glide.
if you where using the Google sheet, this has to be present there.
