# I can't write the comments

Hello.  
I would like to ask how to use comment components.  
When I try to write down in the comment, it asks me name, email address and pin code by email. I write down everything but it shows just white screen like the picture I attached.  
Can you help me?

Sounds like you tried commenting without logging in? Have you tried doing the same thing while logging in first, before you add the comment?

If you can attach a video of the supposed bug, that would be great.
