# How to use international number formats?

I have a problem with some users entering numbers. When entering numbers in the order, you must change the phone language to English  
While the users’ language is Arabic, this problem affects some users, not all  
When I asked chat gpt, he told me to create a “Formula” column. In international number formats, the truth is that I am in trouble and need help because there is a danger that threatens the continuation of the application

There is no “Formula” column, please always treat AI models’ responses with a grain of salt.

Can you tell us how exactly Arabic users are affected by this? Do you have a recording of the behaviour?
