# How to setup notifications and reminders for FREE in glide app

I am working on a glide app that includes setting up a goal like a workout-goal so I want to able to remind the user that he has set up this goal and he needs to do it, I am using a web-based application

You can use Email/SMS notifications! Would that work for you?

I don’t have the idea if that would work as my instructor told me to add reminders and push notifications and integrate with wearable devices, I am a school student

Push notifications have unfortunately been deprecated from Glide. So the only options you have are those:

- Use Email
- Use SMS
- Use Discord Webhook
- Use Teams
- Use Slack
- Use Make
- Use Zapier

Is there a way I can use like make or zapier to schedule daily reminder for tasks at a certain time but how will it get tasks I have glide tables not Google sheet
