Can you be more specific? Do mean you don’t have access to the user’s email when you try to send the webhook? This is typically done through the [User Profile](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5lQdJn-bHto) or a [Lookup Column](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_y_db4dg8Iw&list=PL9fJR6JJ89mVp2g1EoJN_c9KmDB-FmNLq&index=6).

so my app has two users sides one for entrepreneurs and the other one for clients. on the first app, I have a tab that allows entrepreneurs to create an invoice for their business. I want to allow them to send a message/reminder to their client with the information from the created invoice.

But on the webhook video, I see where the connection would be my personal Gmail account. but what I want to do is allow for the connection email to be the user email instead of my personal one

Just a quick thought, but maybe you could have a generic gmail account, such as [no-reply-xxxx@gmail.com](mailto:no-reply-xxxx@gmail.com) for the account used to send the email, but you could fill in the Reply To parameter in Zapier with the email address you want the receiver to reply to.

Hello! thanks for the video.
I did all the steps in Zapier and Glide, but Zapier doesn’t recognize my Glide values.
I want to send an email to Value 1 (customer email in my glide table) but Zapier recognizes it as “Value 1” not as an email (my column)
can you help me??
