The new pricing makes it very hard to contain and scale updates for my clients as they use a lot. For example, I have clients that update a list of names, that are then put into an entire Google sheet.

Is there any hacks to avoid using the update limit?

Some one said to just design your app completely using Glide Tables and that avoids the updates limit, but then isnt there a row / line limit?

If you use glide tables only the updates are free/ unlimited. The row limit is 25k

25k rows currently on the spreadsheet data sources, but it seems 100k can be handled. Also, Glide Table and Glide Big Tables will more and more have the same capabilities, and Glide Big Tables can handle million of rows.

So given the choice, you should probably build on Glide Tables.

Yeah probably going to change all the coding to Glide Tables this weekend from Google sheets.
