# How to retieve singe record glide api

How do i retrive one single row of data via glide api in [make.com](http://make.com)…I need to query not the whole table but just one record so i can api back in relevant data into an existing record…

You need a Business Plan, and it can only be done with Glide Big Tables.

so If i have a webhook coming in [make.com](http://make.com) with a rowid for a record, how to i query glide via api to get a row or the whole table and then search for the rows data?

If it’s a big table, you can add the rowID as a parameter.

If it’s not, you have to query the whole table, and use a get + map function to get the data you need.
