i want to onboard externall users to sumbit forms as events

how to onboard them

( im using work management template )

What do you mean by “external users”? Do they log into your system?

When you say “submit forms as events”, do you mean they will log new events into your database?

Super admin  
Technician  
Changing pieces provider  
Client  
Supervisor

Its for Fixing phones app
