# How to make a streak button?

Hi, How can we make a streak button that when the check in button is pressed, it will show a form. After they press submit, there will be a chart that shows the form details, and the check in button will be disabled for 24 hours. So they can only check in only once a day and the users can see in how many hours they can check in again and their check in streak?
