# How to I stop billing for my subscription? I will soon have no users after the app is migrated to the "new" version

Hi,  
How can I stop billing for my paid subscription? I’ve been paying a subscription to get more information/analytics on my app. Since I’ve used the QR code to manually save the app to users phone and this will no longer work… I will no longer have any users.

Please advise.

Please consider my response in your other thread. I don’t feel that this would cause a major loss of users.
