I think you may have misread that.
The basic API only kicks in with a Pro Plan and above.
The “advanced” API is only available to Business & Enterprise customers.
API access is not available on the Starter Plan.

This is pretty standard for databases.
A vote here (related topic) could be used for other things as well – not just multiple delete-row actions.

That’s what the specs say. I’ve seen it said in at least one thread that the “Read” API was going to be available to “All Paid Plans”. I’d settle for PRO, but that’s what was said. I’d have to go search through the community to find it again. But I’ve linked it multiple times before.

Yes, I believe that originally it was planned to make it available to Pro and above. But what I was told is that because `Get All Rows` is such an expensive call, a decision was made to only make it available to Business & Enterprise.
I’d like to believe that eventually this end point would be extended to allow for filtering and pagination. Maybe then it might become available with some of the lower plans 🤷♂️

I think we’d rather have the ability to only get one row by Row ID anyway. That’d be pretty cheap! 😉
