How to create multiple rows in a sheet A from a button that would take as a basis the filtered elements in a list component linked to another sheet sheet B Filtered by category?

Are you filtering this using a native filter on the component (collection/inline list) or a choice component pointing to a user-specific column?

Can you describe more on your use case here?
