How to configure the code generator when users enter via "email with public" mode

What if I have a problem every time a user enters the session in the “Public with mail” mode, the users who already enter always see the same option to enter : the mail and then the generated code again as I can do so that the login does not appear code for registered users

Is the user accessing the app from the same device/same browser? if I sign into the app in Safari and then again in Chrome and then again with an installed PWA on the phone, it will ask for a pin 3 times.

Also check if they’re are any browser settings that are clearing your cache each time. You shouldn’t have to sign in each time if everything is configured correctly in your browser.
