# How to change the color of the native form submit button text

I have a very light off white accent color theme for my app. The color theme is perfect throughout my app except for one button on my app. The native form submit button. Is there a way to change the color of just the text on the submit button (next to the cancel button)

You just need to copy the following code into custom CSS. Here I give you code that has a classname that you can add to any component in your native form.

```auto
#page-root:has(.className)
[aria-label="Submit"] {
color: white;
background-color:crimson;
}

```

If you want to apply to all submit buttons in a native form, then you can simply use:

```auto
[aria-label="Submit"] {
color: white;
}

```

Alternative approach: if you need to be explained how CSS works, I think you probably shouldn’t be using it in the first place.

I managed to do it in the past, with simple instructions. Can’t remember now though.  
I’ve managed to create a custom form in the mean time, i just thought maybe the CSS idea would be quicker.

CSS for the New Glide app is more efficient, because it is written in one place as one file that applies to all your screens. Unlike classic applications which only apply to the screen where the CSS is written.
