# How to bind to the user through his email his input data

Hi, I’m Russian : D that’s why my English may be weird, don’t blame me, please :]
I need help, guys. We have a diary in which the days and fields for entering information are written.
the user can enter it, clicks “save”, exits this day, then enters it again and sees that all the data that he filled in is gone. Although they have been preserved and registered in our rows.
**How to assign to each user (using his email when logging in to the application) his diary data that he entered earlier**? So that they are always displayed and do not disappear anywhere

Another option would be to use [Row Owners](https://docs.glideapps.com/all/reference/security-and-per-user-data/row-owners), which is more secure - but also much more restrictive.
