# How to add validation with time

I’m working from this time to that time.

May be,10:00AM to 3 AM if any orders came after that,it should throw error.we cannot take orders at this time.

make the submit element visibility depend on the current time, and display text message

i assume you have to submit an order by clicking a button, so… you can make visibility conditions for this button… if the current time is \> than 10am and \< than 3am…  
and same for the text message that shows error

I do something like this:

- Create a math column that will give you the hour of the day: `Hour(Now)`, where “Now” is the special now value.
- Create an if-then-else column:  
– If current hour is less than 10, then empty  
– If current hour is greater than 14, then empty  
– Else true

Now you can use the if-then-else column in a visibility condition. eg. Only accept orders when if-then-else is true
