# How to add an Faq

I want to add an faq to my app. what’s the best way of doing this?

Also is there a way to add customer service chat? Where the users connect to an admin user to discuss problems?

You can just add the Chat tab.  
It will be public, though, everybody in the chat will be able to read all messages (unless you delete them after each session).

For the FAQ: Just create a separate tab with a list of questions and their answers.  
You can then add a reference to this sheet in the app.

Here’s a FAQ I remember from awhile ago:

Private chat is possible if you have a section that only the admin and each individual user can access.
