# How do you share your app data to a spread shhet

is it possible and how do i do it , not computer savvy but trying to make things easier for the work force

Hi, if I didn’t misunderstand your question, you can follow these steps:

1. Go to your Data Editor, **right-click** on the table you want to export from the left panel.

2. Select the **Export** option.

3. Choose the columns you need and download it as a **CSV file** (which you can easily open with Excel or Google Sheets).
