I am testing UI stuff (mobile/desktop) and sometimes waiting a minute and hitting the refresh in the URL works…sometimes not.

I made a UI change last night and it still hasn’t shown up.

Is their a way to push changes out?

TIA

I usually hit refresh once or twice and that works for me. Sometimes I do a CTRL+F5 for a hard refresh. For apps installed on my phone, I usually force close and reopen once or twice.

Other than that, just double check if you have manual publishing turned on.

I am on a Mac so CTL-F5 gets me voice reading. 😬

In this case it was BIG numbers that did not reflect the changes. No matter the process (opening in Safari, opening in Chrome, refreshing, changing data sync from extra to normal to extra) I could not get the BIG numbers to update.

Finally I got out the app; closed all app windows started from the builder; started a different app; went back to app; spun out the App from the builder…that worked in one case (Chrome) but didn’t in Safari.

But it is weird that sometimes it works fine (1-2 min lag and then the changes populate) and other times it NEVER worked.

Hmm, that’s weird. Was the Big Number component newly added or removed, or did you change which column it referred to?

I changed the container from 4 columns to full size (1 col) - I had 4 buttons, one in each column. I changed it to one big number with 4 numbers within.

Glide was not aware I changed the BIG number, deleted 3 BIG numbers nor changed the container size from 4 cola to 1 full size container.

I would turn manual publishing on, and then turn it off to make sure the change is published.

I did that too :-). Eventually something worked. Problem is I threw so much spaghetti at the wall not sure which one stuck!
