I’m currently on the free plan which allows 10 personal users. I’ve been creating multiple user profiles to test the app but have deleted them (row) from the Users table once I’m done.

There’s currently only 6 users (rows) on my Users table but when I try to sign up using another email, there’s a notification on the login page which says that “this team has reached its user limit”. Am I not deleting the user profiles correctly?

If you added a user (email address) to the user table and that user was active on the app, then that counts as 1 out of 10 for the next 30 days, even if you remove the user from the user table.

10 monthly users is “10 **unique** monthly users”.

Thanks for the clarification @nathanaelb.

Just to make sure I understand, if one of my existing users doesn’t log in for the next 30 days (and I delete their row from the **Users** table), that should free up 1 space for a new user right?

No. The user limit has no relation to the users listed in the user table. You can delete user rows all you want, but if a user has signed in at least once within the monthly cycle, then they are counted as an active user. Your only option is to wait until the end of the monthly cycle, which will reset the user count and start over. Then it will count each unique user again until you have 10 users that have signed in.

And just to further clarify…even if a user was already signed into the app the previous month, if they open the app in the current month and they are already signed in, they will still be counted as an active user because they used the app in the current month.
