Hi, I am trying to “refresh” a form container, and when doing so, hide some element to make this portal app work. My question is how this can be achieved ( **same** user) So far, I can edit a custom workflow of the “configure action” of a “form container”, so how can I hide an element upon refresh of the tab? Your help is most appreciated as I am stuck ---

Not exactly sure what you mean here but you could use visibility conditions in the user profile to show and hide elements in the form. When they submit a form you just set those user columns back to the default, or whatever values you need. ---

First of all, thank you for your answer. Same user, the visibility options don’t really work for that! How else can I hide some form element? ---

How can one “control” visibility? delay it? trigger it without using the simple “visibility” option, which only works for a single character ---

You can hide elements by pretty much anything you want; based on role, company, email or a variable that you are changing with actions. That’s what I’m showing in this loom. https://www.loom.com/embed/4335af6cd7f044db815eb6a1183b9759 ---
