# Hide Values to be displayed at Choice Component

Hi,

I would like to hide the “Type” values to be displayed at the Choice component. Attached is screenshot of the Choice component.

Please assist. Thank you.

Can you give more detail on what “type” is and the solution you are trying to find?

To hide the “Type” values displayed in the Choice component, you can populate the **“Display as”** field with the emoji column and leave the **Image** field blank. However, make sure to still populate the **Values** field with the appropriate data since these are the actual values that will be written to the “Write to” column.  
But if your emoji is an image, then you can only use custom CSS to hide it.

I think you can leave the image as is, since it doesn’t appear to be an emoji and needs to be an actual image, but as @Himaladin suggestes, change the Display As value. Perhaps to an empty column. That should remove the text, but still leave the image.

Yes, that’s right, to get around this, “display as” targets columns that only contain spaces.
