# Hide empty radio button on Choice not working

Hello, I have a choice field which is showing a blank option, which I want to hide. Here are the relevant settings:

- Radio buttons
- Required is on
- Filter data requires the field to not be empty

I see a couple threads (including [this one](https://community.glideapps.com/t/is-there-a-way-to-hide-the-empty-radio-button-option/81739)) which suggest that turning Required on should work. But it’s already on. I’ve toggled it off/on to no effect. Is this a bug? Other suggestions?

It is a bug. Many experts are complaining about it as well.
