# Help with public users

I need help, the change in the launcher plan has affected me quite a bit, I have an app whose main function is to have public users. And since they have changed the plan, I still don’t understand how it works. If I start with the 60USD plan, how many PUBLIC users who register for my app to use the services can I have?

If you start with the 60USD plan, I will assume you are referring to the Maker plan (cancellable monthly).

This plan allows you to have unlimited personal users. A _personal_ user is a person who uses a _personal_ email address to sign in to the app. Personal email address are defined as follows:

- Consumer email domains (e.g. Gmail, Yahoo, msn)
- School emails (e.g. a college email)
- Non-profit email (e.g. a city food bank)
- Community (e.g. a local pickleball club)
- A personal website such as a blog
