# Help to build a booking app for a NGO

Hi friends!

I’m building an app for a NGO that helps homeless people here in Rio de Janeiro. They offer some slots in order to have lawyers, psychologists and others attending these people. This app will be used by partners of this NGO.

I have some rules but I’m having dificulty to implement it.

They have 4 types of profissionals that can attend:

Type 1  
Type 2  
Type 3  
Type 4

Follows the rules:

## Type 1 (1 hour per appointment)

Wednesday from 10am to 12pm  
Possibility of two appointments per hour

Thursday from 10am to 12pm  
Possibility of two appointments per hour

Friday from 9am to 12pm  
Possibility of two appointments per hour

## Type 2 (1 hour per appointment)

Wednesday from 11am to 3pm  
Just one appointment per hour (lunch time from 12pm to 1pm)

Friday from 2pm to 4pm.  
Possibility of two appointments per hour

## Type 2 ( 30 mins per appointment)

Thursday from 1:30pm to 3:30pm  
Possibility of two appointments per 30 mins

## Type 4 (1 hour per appointment)

Wednesday from 1pm to 3pm  
Just one appointment per hour

Thursday from 1pm to 3pm  
Possibility of two appointments per hour

Satuday from 10am to 12pm  
Possibility of two appointments per hour

Any glue on how can I set this up ?

With a complex schedule like this, I would advise using Calendly instead. They handle those well enough, you can set your availability and have different links for each professional. Plus, if you still wants to use the app for different purposes, you can use webview for Calendly.

Let us know if you have any further questions regarding this. If you need to show booked slots inside the app then maybe try bringing the data back using Integromat or Zapier (triggered on new Calendly bookings).
