Hello Community! I need your help navigating the Custom Domain topic. I think I’ve followed the instructions, but I am not accomplishing my goal. **Goal:** When I enter the subdomain: [app.potentialu.co](http://app.potentialu.co) - it redirects me to my Glide app ([https://potentialu-retail.glide.page/](https://potentialu-retail.glide.page/)) Steps taken: 1. I created a subdomain on Squarespace (pic attached) which now redirects to the glide URL (not sure if this is correct) 2. I tried to add the info that Glide provides for the DNS and TXT - the latter one worked just fine. But for the CNAME, I get an error (pic attached) and won’t even let me add it into Squarespace. **Note:** The main domain should take you to my Framer website. Only the subdomain should be linked to Glide. Questions: - Has someone done the Custom Domain from Squarespace? What am I missing? - Why isn’t the CNAME working? - Could someone help me figure it out please? I have this week to sort it out! ---

In Step 1 of the Custom Domain setting in Glide, you should enter `app.potentialu.co`, and then follow the instructions from there. If that doesn’t work, please share screenshots of what you get in each of Steps 1, 2, and 3. ---

Give it a little time. DNS changes can take a while to propagate. ---

Your browser has probably cached the old under construction page from Squarespace. You could try flushing your browser cache, or load it up in a different browser.
