# Have created learning media and must register first. But after registering and pressing send in the email column, it doesn't show the email address in the email column

Have created learning media and must register first. But after registering and pressing send in the email column, it doesn’t show the email address in the email column.

Are you letting the users register using a form? Do users have to sign in before they get to that form?

You’re not requiring the user to enter an email in that form, may that be the reason?
