# Googel sheets not syncing at all

**Subject:** Error 403 - No Access to Sync Mode in Settings
Hi Glide Support,
I’m experiencing an issue accessing the **Sync Mode** setting in my app. Here are the details:
- **Account:** [operations@jmancurly.com](mailto:operations@jmancurly.com) (jmancurly Ltd.)
- **Issue:** When I navigate to **Settings \> Data \> Sync Mode** , a blank popup appears and says:

Error 403
We're sorry, you don't have access to this page. That's all we know.
```
- **Troubleshooting steps I’ve already tried:**
- Logged out and back in
- Used incognito/private browsing mode
- Tried a different app within my account
- Tried a different browser
• Tried logging on my glide account w google sign-in - still doesn’t work…
- **Result:** The issue persists in all cases.
Could you please help me resolve this, or let me know if there’s something else I should check on my end? I’m the owner/admin of my team and need to access this setting.

I’ve tried everything to resolve the issue.
At this point, I’m feeling pretty stuck. Unless there’s a clear solution you can recommend that will actually work, I think I’ll need to move on and explore other options.
With that in mind, I’d like to kindly request a full refund of my $60.
Thank you for your time and support, and I hope we can find a quick resolution.

Can you share a screenshot of your entire screen when you get this error? Do you see the settings screen with the sync choices, or does it fail as soon as you click on ‘Data’ in settings?
And another question…does your google sheet still sync normally, but all you are trying to do is adjust the frequency?

Here’s a screen recording.
I’ve tried multiple browsers, signing in with my google account, or normal, & nothing seems to work.
The actual sheet has “anyone can view”, but I’m not even there yet… I just want to link my google sheets.

Can you make your video public so I can view it?
Maybe I misunderstood your original issue. I assumed you already had your app connected to a google sheet and you just wanted to modify the sync mode. Is the real issue that you want to make that initial connection to a google sheet in the first place?
This is what I assumed you were trying to change when you got the error, based on your description.
Have you gone through each and every step in the help document that @ThinhDinh linked to?
Do you have a similar issue when adding a google sheet by adding a table through the data editor instead of through the settings panel?
