Hi, I am trying to build a Glide app using Airtable as a data source, but Glide puts all the rows in my table in random order. This behaviour doesn’t exist when Google Sheets used instead of Airtable. Can I fix this issue without adding to the table another column storing a sort order? Thank you ---

Unfortunately Glide does not maintain the row order when using Airtable as the source. I’m not sure if this will change in the future, but it is the current behavior that can be expected. ---

I think it had something to do with the way airtable sends data to glide. I’m not sure glide has any control of the order it receives the data. ---

The Airtable API does have sorting capability, so I would second the enhancement to allow users to specify what the sort should look like from Airtable, consisting of each field to be sorted & a direction for each. ---

Airtable’s API does not tell us the ordering that you see in Airtable, so we’ve asked them to add this to the API. For now, you should specify sorting order when displaying your data. ---
