# Glide QR Scanner not working

The scan QR action and component, shows “could not open the barcode scanner” in 3 different apps that previously worked, and now don’t. I have plenty updates left, and all the other features in the app still work properly.

On windows pc, iphone 15pro, ipad pro. All with the newest versions/software. I’ve tried the trouble shooting guide, nothing worked.

Does anyone else have this problem?

Does it work now? We had to buy more scans due to unexpected load.

Yes it works again, thanks for the quick fix.

It’s really important for our company and our clients that non-beta functions in glide can be relied on always. I hope this won’t happen again.
