Hey guys, I hope you’re doing well. I’m reaching out because two of our users are having trouble logging into our Glide app. They keep getting an error message saying, “This user does not have access.” ### Steps Taken to Resolve the Issue 1. **Verified User Email** : 2. **Checked User Roles** : 3. **Privacy Settings** : 4. **Republished the App** : 5. **Re-invited the User** : 6. **Cleared Browser Cache** : 7. **Tested on Another Device** : Despite these efforts, the user still can’t log in. Not sure then. I guess I would double check the emails in the whitelist table. Make sure nothing is misspelled and there are no extra spaces. Would you be willing to share the email domain for those two users? ---

Hmm, I’m running out of ideas other than to double check that the table you have configured as your whitelist table is in fact the same table that contains all of the email addresses. Are you using the default user table as your whitelist table, or are you using a different table? ---

I created a user table where I store all the emails, I have done everything, and I still receive the error: _the email address doesn’t have access to this app. Please try another._ ---

Yes, a public app means anyone…including me…can use your site as long as I know the url. I can’t think of anything else that would be a problem. Usually that message means the user is not using a personal email address, or they are not whitelisted. Last thought I have is to maybe duplicate your app, unpublish the original, and publish the duplicate with the same url as before. Doesn’t sound like anything is misconfigured, but hard to say for sure. ---
