# Glide App does not Appear

Hi All,

My name is Dony and I’m new to GlideApp after a recommendation from a friend.  
My problem is that I have made a simple google spreadsheet but whenever I click on the new app box, the app templates does not appear as it did in the introduction video.  
Is it something related to my hardware (I’m using HP elitebook)? Or is it because I miss some steps?

Do you have some screenshots, or can you make a video using Loom to describe what you are seeing?
