# Glide AI Caching

Hi there!

I am working on a larger scale application that is using AI.  
I think I have read somewhere that Glide AI columns (and probably other calculated columns such as the Open AI columns) cache data for 1 month and after that refresh (thus using 1 update every month). Because I am planning on creating an application with big tables for a customer that can scale to thousands of rows, I would like to disable this automatic refresh after 1 month for cost purposes. Is that possible?

No, we cannot retain the data for longer than 30 days.

The data is calculated only when your users look at it–you will likely not need it all every month.
