# GIF issue

Dear community,  
I inserted a GIF in my application ([https://ma-ville.glideapp.io](https://ma-ville.glideapp.io)).  
I can see it on the Glide building platform but not on the app.  
Why is that?

I see gifs under comment akerter and comment agir. Did you force close and reopen the app after adding the component? The app on your phone won’t show layout changes right away unless you force close it.
