I am using Glide AI in an action to extract information from an uploaded document. Action is triggered on form submit. Do either of the first two steps refer to the Date column at all? ---

Hi - No they do not. And I just noticed that the scenario where I have excluded the set column value also ultimately fails. Not sure on exact time frame but eventually the Generate Text column reverts to null / empty value. I have made these AI columns user specific since they are being used in a form to capture the record. Might this perhaps have something to do with the issue? ---

This sounds suspiciously like an issue that @MatthewS encountered in one of our Apps recently. We have an open support ticket with Glide regarding it. ---

I still haven’t seen this resolved, and just checked back with Glide support to ask for an update. In the case I’ve encountered, I have a the PDF Monkey integration action of “Generate PDF.” It successfully generates a pdf, and writes a url for the image to a text field. Sometimes, the url disappears after just a few seconds, sometimes after a much longer timeframe, sometimes it behaves and doesn’t delete. I added a backup copy so to say, where in the action after the generate pdf, I have a set column action that takes the url and sets it to another column. Interestingly this column is not deleted after a few seconds like the first location of the url, but sometime after a while I’ll notice it disappears as well. I’ll update back here if I see this this seems to be resolved.
